Our P.I.L.O.T. are additional services that we offer to the parents. It is a comprehensive 6 month program that will produce the following results: Putting Individual Lives On Track. In this program we utilize these the following concepts and protocols. Planning: achievable plan of action that sets goals and monitors progress Implementation: providing needed skills and resources to complete the objective Life-line support to overcome substance abuse and anger management issues On going therapeutic sessions with the minor, family members and therapist Tracking the monthly progress of each parent and providing additional services rooms will be age and grade specific. Tutors and emancipated volunteers will assist teaching personnel during class and will also supervise after school tutoring. The second component of our Purpose and Plan Directive is centered around our staffing criteria. It is called:( C.A.R.E.). In order to be gainful employed with our facility, prospective employees must possess these qualities: Compassionate and Caring Attenative and Articulate Respectful and Resourceful Ethical and Energetic These 4 components provide the essence of our treatments services. As a non-profit public benefit corporation, we are dedicated to provide upgraded care to minors that will enhance the lives of our kids, their families in a environmer than gives hope, reassurance, instills pride and fosters a can do mentality that build confidence and issues in streams of hope and healing. |

WELCOME STATEMENT Thank you for visiting our site. Be assured that we are the premier Residential Treatment Center located currently on 10 acres of land in the High Desert. What makes us different can be summed up in our Plan and Purpose Directive. Our expressed goals are 2 fold. Because we offer residential treatment services to at risk minors in a home like atmosphere, with couples who genuinely love kids, couples who have chosen this as a career opportunity not just a job. These couples have completed comprehensive training that allows them to service our clients through evidence based treatment modules that have produced long term benefits for clients their families and our communities. In addition to having supportive house parents, a treatment team consisting of Certified Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Medical and Dental professionals, activity directors, dedicated educators and a host of support staff that will insure each minor the opportunity to make the transition from separation to reconciliation and reunification. In our program statement, we indicate the necessity to provide the same services to the parents which eliminates the likely hood of returning them to a dysfunctional home and environment. Our cornerstone programming allows us to specifically address long standing issues. These programs are entitled: H.E.L.P. and P.I.L.O.T. Helping Eliminate life's Problems through the following services: Health Education and Healthy and Nutritious Meals (nutrient therapy) Education with emphasis on continued education or vocational training Life skills courses that enable minors to navigate successfully into adulthood Permanency, One Placement, One Home. |
